Our energetic and highly motivated team of young professionals guides and drives the projects of YFDJ with the assistance of an island-wide network of project coordinators and field coordinators in addition to volunteers to ensure that the objectives of the organization are met and fulfilled.

YFDJ is formally registered under Voluntary Social Services Organizations (Registration & Supervision) Act No 31 of 1980 as amended by Act No 8 of 1998.

Objectives

The Objective of the establishment of this organization is to promote Democracy and Justice which is not limited to rule of law and governance. The organization is of the view that a truly democratic society should reflect equal rights as well as equal distribution of opportunities and essentials.
